REFERRALS

Self-referrals

We welcome self-referrals from private clients across London and the UK.

To ensure clinical safety, all new patients must undergo our full diagnostic evaluation to establish an independent clinical baseline, regardless of previous diagnoses or existing prescriptions.

Please note: we do not offer "medication reviews" or "transfers of care" based solely on external reports.

‍Important: Our comprehensive diagnostic assessment fee begins at £1,200.

Healthcare Professionals

We accept formal referrals from GPs, Psychiatrists, and Clinical Psychologists. Please send referrals securely via email.

Note on Shared Care: While we accept self-referrals, we highly recommend that patients seek a referral from their GP first. This establishes a collaborative relationship from the outset and significantly improves the likelihood of a successful transition to Shared Care prescribing after titration.

Our clinic is located at the world-renowned 10 Harley Street, offering weekly in-person consultations.

Strictly By Appointment Only To ensure patient privacy and clinical safety, we do not operate a walk-in service. Building access is controlled by the ground floor reception, who will only admit patients with a confirmed booking.

Video consultations

Experience a seamless Harley Street consultation via our secure, encrypted video link. We utilize professional-grade audio and visual technology to ensure that the assessment of your mental state and subtle non-verbal cues is as precise as a face-to-face meeting.

‍Important: For legal and prescribing safety reasons, you must be physically present in the UK at the time of your consultation. We cannot conduct medical assessments or issue prescriptions to patients currently abroad.

Home visits

Service Currently Paused.

‍To maintain availability for our clinic-based and video appointments, we have paused our home visit service until further notice. All consultations are currently conducted via secure video link or at our Harley Street clinic.

Please note: We are devoted to protecting you and our staff, if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, or you suspect having a positive test result, please do not attend the clinic. Our friendly medical secretary will be happy to support you with alternative arrangements. We can explore options, for you to have the support and arrange the appointment to take place via a video call, or re-schedule at a suitable time. This notice also applies to home visits, and extends to family members or other home staff.
